Went here for Valentines day with my husband and 4 little boys all under 6 years and wouldn't you know, the staff was AMAZING with us! We didn't even have a reservation on their most busiest night, yet they found a way to seat us all and took special care of our wee ones. I couldn't be more grateful for their kindness and the food was superb! I will definitely be eating here again (maybe without the little ones next time ;-) Thank you so much for a magical and delicious evening!

Brought a vegan friend here for dinner and we were all very impressed with the variety in food selection, and the deliciousness of it all was the icing on the cake! I am a big time meat eater and I loved the tempeh, veggie meats, and everything else that were on our plates, from the sushi cake brown rice, to the variety of ogo seaweed, to the delicately balanced sauces. We even finished our bottle of organic barley shochu. The quality of ingredients were superb, staff was welcoming and friendly, and we walked out extremely satisfied. There was a small wait but the food was well worth it. We are coming back for more and I am spreading the word!

Love the restaurant! The ono sandwich I had last night was delicious -- lots of fish and delicious sauces. I can't believe there was no dairy in it! Super good service. Wonderful ambiance. I hope everyone hears about this place and tries it, whatever their diet (as long as I can still get a seat).

Thank you so much for the phenomenal food, exquisite presentation, and excellent service. I look forward to coming back during my next visit to the island!

Early tonight Jessica and I ate at your wonderful restaurant. Jessica had recommended it as she had eaten there previously. I was very impressed with the everything ...the service, the excellent food, the japanese style presentation and the wonderful staff. Both Jessica and I feel very at home in this very beautiful setting and will be back as often as we can. I will recommend this to all my co-workers and friends.

Just wanted to say thank you for the best dinner I've had all month. I'm in Hawaii for a couple of months, and it's been difficult to find healthy food in Honolulu. So I am just feeling very blessed at finding Hale. Thank you SO MUCH for creating this beautiful restaurant with such beautiful food.

What an enjoyable luncheon we had at Hale Macrobiotic yesterday! Thank you very much for an exceptional meal, and taking the time to chat with us, especially since it was quite a busy time. (I'm glad that the restaurant is already becoming a popular lunch destination.) My friend and I enjoyed the food very, very much. The dishes were so attractive, and beautifully presented. I can see that much care has been taken to details in the preparation of the food, including the use of high quality ingredients, interesting combinations of delicate seasonings and textures, lovely garnishes, and beautiful dishware. And the restaurant is so light and modern, and very welcoming. You can be sure we'll be back! Thank you too, for the samples of your delicious cookie and biscotti. Yum!! We will also spread the word, and encourage our friends to dine there. Also, the service was quite exceptional--friendly and very helpful! Visited you for a weekday lunch with a friend who doesn't normally eat "healthy." We both loved our food, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was peaceful (despite the business of the area). The staff exuded warmth and knowledge. When I left, I was full but pleasantly so - no after-lunch comatose feeling at work afterwards. I even had desert! Mahalo nui for a beautiful space.

I am very excited for you guys. the restaurant looks beautiful, the food looks even better!

Hi Moco, Akiko and Yuka! We really enjoyed ourselves last week at Mel's birthday party ... the music and atmosphere was great and your food was simply incredible. We just want to congratulate you and wish you good luck. What a beautiful new restaurant and what a perfect theme: elegant, beautiful and pure food.
